At PlanCab, we're trying to build a well-knit community of Drivers and Riders who aren't here to game the system, but are looking for a rewarding honest day's work. The Driver accepts the booking only if He/She is completely sure of fulfilling it. If your booking was accepted please be assured the driver will be there. In case of a cancellation, please know that it could have been an emergency from the driver's end, and we would be there to support you.
